THE ROLLMAN FAMILY DIFFERENCE

Unlike getting fish from the grocery store or a seafood market, when you get wild Alaskan seafood from the Rollmans, you'll know where your fish comes from. All the fish we sell are either caught by us or a fishing neighbor we know. And because each family is committed to the best practices in the industry, you won't find fresher or higher quality seafood anywhere. Our small family operations are able to pay special attention to each and every fish. Upon harvest each fish is immediately iced and kept chilled until they reach our customers or they are hand processed and flash frozen, which usually happens in less than 24 hours. The result? -- the freshest, most delicious salmon and other seafood you'll ever experience!

What We Offer

We offer our premium salmon for shipping to the Lower 48 in fresh-frozen fillet portions and smoked portions. For local Alaskans we offer fresh, whole fish in addition to our frozen products. And now, we are partnering with a few other fishing families to be able to provide other wild Alaskan seafood products, including, but not limited to Alaskan Halibut! See our store for what may be available to order now!

Our Mission

Rollman Family Salmon's mission is to provide the freshest, finest wild Alaskan salmon and other fish to our local Alaskan neighbors and other families across the country who want only the best fish money can buy and want to know who their harvesters are.

Testimonials

Traditional Practices

Our family practices set-net fishing in Alaska, a traditional and sustainable method of harvesting wild salmon close to shore during the summer salmon runs. Each season, we work alongside other fishing families to responsibly harvest salmon managed by the State of Alaska to help maintain healthy fish populations for generations to come. Instead of sending our catch through large processing companies, we bring our salmon directly to our customers so you can enjoy fish fresh from the family who caught it.
